What is the standard delivery time for my order
We strive to ship orders within a week. Due to high demand and the size of your order, there may sometimes be a delay of a few days.
What happens after I have placed an order?
All of our candles are handmade in our own workshop. Once we have received your order, it will be prepared as quickly as possible and shipped to you.
Can I also order B2B?
We are a candle manufacturer, so you can also contact us as a B2B customer.

If you are interested in having your own idea created and wish to discuss it personally, I would be happy to meet with you to review it together.

What is the best way to burn my candles
You should burn rapeseed candles in a draft-free location and away from any other heat source. Place the candles at least 10 cm apart on a stable and flat surface. After lighting the candle, let it burn for at least 1 to 2 hours so that the melt pool can fully form.
